Michelle Woodburn has lived in Central Florida since 1968. She grew up in Seminole County where she attended Lyman High School, before moving on to graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and minor in Sociology.

After graduation, Michelle held a position in the Marketing/Sales Departments for a national Home Builder before obtaining her Real Estate Sales License in 1990. Once licensed, she joined Coldwell Banker as a Realtor and earned her Real Estate Broker license in 1992. Also in 1992 Michelle met Bruce Woodburn, and after closing many transactions together, decided to put her Advertising degree to work on the Lending side of the business, with Bruce.

In 1994, Bruce and Michelle opened Spectrum International Mortgage Services as a Correspondent Lender and then, along with the rest of the team, joined Summit Mortgage, Corp. in 2009. In early 2017 Michelle and Bruce joined forces with CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. in their continual effort to provide the highest level of service. In addition to her Broker-Salesperson License, Michelle also holds her Mortgage Loan Originator and Title Insurance Agent Licenses and currently oversees operations as a Branch Manager at the Winter Park Branch of CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. Her focus is on providing exceptional service to valued clients and Realtor /Builder partners.

Senita Trent has been actively working in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Real Estate. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jazmin has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 as a loan processor and truly enjoys helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Jazmin is fluent in Spanish. In her free time she 8enjoys baking and spending time with her two grandsons, Armani and Liam.

Liz has been in the mortgage industry for 15 years. She chose the mortgage industry because she loves helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Her philosophy is: “Make someone’s day memorable as we never know what is going on in someone’s life and it can mean the world to them.”  She enjoys traveling and has been to Canada, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Greece. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking and outdoor activities, such as, volleyball, the beach, zip lining and spending time with family and friends.
