The Loan Arranger Rebate Program

A closing credit when you buy or sell a home.

Fully approved buyers and sellers are matched with a top-performing real estate agent who agrees to credit back up to 25% of their commission at closing.

  • Full approval comes first, which is what makes the referral possible.
  • The rebate is paid by the agent, not the lender.
  • It applies to closing costs and prepaid items only. It cannot be taken as cash or used as a down payment.
  • It applies to home purchases and sales, not refinances or renovation loans.

Certain restrictions may apply. Amounts are up to 25% and may vary, subject to lender and regulatory guidelines.

The Loan Arranger Guarantee

🤝 The Loan Arranger Advantage™: A 21-Day On-Time Closing Commitment

Bruce reviews your financing strategy personally, updates your pre-approval letter to match the property you’re offering on, and makes the Loan Arranger Honor Call to the listing agent before your offer goes in — , so the agent hears how the loan has been reviewed and can ask questions directly.

đź”” Our 21-Day On-Time Closing Commitment:

If the loan closes late solely because of an error by the team or CrossCountry Mortgage, the buyer receives a $500 lender credit toward closing costs. The seller receives a credit equal to the buyer’s daily mortgage payment (principal, interest, taxes and insurance), up to $500 a day and $5,000 total. Credits are applied at closing and are not paid in cash.

Conditions and exclusions: the buyer returns contracts, disclosures, the appraisal payment and requested documents within 24 hours, and third-party delays extend the timeline. Not available on purchases using down payment assistance, grants or bond programs, condos that need a project review, manually underwritten loans and certain other transactions. See full terms.
