Jeanene is the Executive Assistant and LP1 to Bruce Woodburn. Her responsibilities include managing Bruce’s schedule and calendar, WOWing the Realtors with amazing customer service and pre-qualifying their clients with compassion, understanding, and accuracy. Jeanene lives in Winter Park with her Siamese cats.
Monica is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida to be closer to Family. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years processing for loan modifications to pre-qualifying for originations. Monica also enjoys doing charity work and volunteering at shelters, churches and communities. Her main goal is to help people achieve the American dream of becoming a homeowner.
Also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, Sara recruited, trained, and managed a real estate office for one of the top franchises in the country from 2012-2016. In late 2016, she made the move to mortgage with the Woodburn Team. Having lived in New Jersey, Tampa, Maryland, and Washington D.C., Sara and her husband have declared Orlando the perfect place to settle down and raise their dogs. A proud UCF Alum, she enjoys reading, cooking, and constantly changing her hairstyle.
Chase is an Orlando native and soon-to-be graduate of UCF. He started off with CrossCountry by personally delivering gifts and meeting with realtors when he was 16 years old! Now working in marketing and managing the team’s social media, he’s learning all about the industry and is excited to make new connections.
Chelsea grew up in New Smyrna Beach, Fl where she still visits and enjoys going the beach, kayaking and spending time with family and friends. As a UCF graduate she was drawn back to Central Florida to settle down and raise her kids. She has a passion for helping people and is excited to be a part of such a great company
Originally from the Orlando area, Jeanette has been involved in office administration since 2003. Over the past 12 years she has developed a passion for customer care. Jeanette graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in Music and still enjoys singing and performing in her free time.
Rebecca has been in the mortgage industry since 1993 beginning back in St. Louis, MO. She took a couple years off to raise her two children and relocated to Orlando. She enjoys traveling, college football, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Michelle Woodburn has been a resident of Central Florida since 1969. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and minor in Sociology and maintains her Real Estate Broker License, Title Agent License and Mortgage Loan Originator License. In 1994, Bruce and Michelle opened Spectrum International Mortgage Services as a Correspondent Lender. In 2009, Michelle and Bruce and their team joined Summit Mortgage Corporation, and in 2017 they made the exciting move to CrossCountry Mortgage. Michelle oversees operations as a Branch Manager at the Winter Park office of CrossCountry. Her focus is on providing exceptional service to valued clients and Realtor/Builder partners.
Senita Trent has been actively working in the Mortgage industry for over 30 years!! She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor in Science degree in both finance and real estate. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Jazmin has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 as a loan processor and truly enjoys helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Jazmin is fluent in Spanish. In her free time she enjoys baking and spending time with her two grandsons, Armani and Liam.
Liz has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. She chose the mortgage industry because of her passion for helping people move into their forever home. Liz goes above and beyond for her clients as she believes in making someone’s day memorable; you never know what someone is going through in their life and it can mean the world to them. In her spare time, Liz enjoys traveling, cooking and outdoor activities, such as volleyball, the beach and zip lining. She also cherishes spending time with family and friends. Liz is fluent in Spanish!
Shirlin Acosta graduated from Houston Community College with a degree in Travel and Tourism, and has worked in the Hospitality industry for more then 20 years. She moved from Houston, Texas to Orlando, Florida in 2017. She began working as a Transaction Coordinator in Real State and after 3 years she moved into the Mortgage industry starting as a Loan Officer Assistant and a Processor. Shirlin is a very positive and optimistic person and is excited to continue learning and growing in this industry.
Originally from Wisconsin, Christina moved to Orlando looking for new opportunities and definitely found them! Starting with graphic design and business management she went from the tattoo industry to the mortgage industry. Christina is extremely dedicated to her craft and is excited to help you in any way possible.
Vanessa Lopez Nevarez was born and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico. She moved to Florida to attend college and graduated from UCF with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. Vanessa has over 10 years in the hospitality and banking industry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and traveling.
Melissa has lived in Florida her whole life and currently lives in downtown Orlando. Before joining the mortgage industry, she previously worked in the medical/law field. Melissa takes pride in giving a great customer service experience and is passionate in helping people get into their dream home. She enjoys cooking, reading, bicycling, concerts and loves cats, even though she doesn’t have one!
Bryce is a fourth generation Floridian living in Winter Garden. A recent graduate of UCF, he is ready to jump into the mortgage business and help customers achieve their dreams of homeownership. When he’s not at the office, he’s active with sports and mentors students at his church.
Morgan is a Florida native, originally from Boca Raton, now living in Maitland. She has developed her skills by working in administrative, operations, and sales roles. As Bruce’s executive assistant she manages his busy schedule, maintains realtor and client relationships, and assists with organizing and executing events. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, painting, and practicing yoga.
