Donald has been living in central Florida for the last 8 yrs. He loves being able to help and assist clients in making their homeownership dreams come true. In his free time, Donald loves to spend time with his family. He also loves sports…especially the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fendy Andujar has a background in financial services and mortgage lending, along with a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals. She’s known for her compassion and commitment to providing thoughtful, reliable service. In her free time, Fendy enjoys exploring new foods and reading.

Jazmin has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 as a loan processor and truly enjoys helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Jazmin is fluent in Spanish. In her free time she enjoys baking and spending time with her two grandsons, Armani and Liam.

Jeanene is the Executive Assistant and LP1 to Bruce Woodburn.  Her responsibilities include managing Bruce’s schedule and calendar, WOWing the Realtors with amazing customer service and pre-qualifying their clients with compassion, understanding, and accuracy. Jeanene lives in Winter Park with her Siamese cats.

Originally from the Orlando area, Jeanette has been involved in office administration since 2003.  Over the past 12 years she has developed a passion for customer care.  Jeanette graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in Music and still enjoys singing and performing in her free time.

Michelle Woodburn has been a resident of Central Florida since 1969. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and minor in Sociology and maintains her Real Estate Broker License, Title Agent License and Mortgage Loan Originator License.  In 1994, Bruce and Michelle opened Spectrum International Mortgage Services as a Correspondent Lender. In 2009, Michelle and Bruce and their team joined Summit Mortgage Corporation, and in 2017 they made the exciting move to CrossCountry Mortgage. Michelle oversees operations as a Branch Manager at the Winter Park office of CrossCountry. Her focus is on providing exceptional service to valued clients and Realtor/Builder partners.

Monica is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida to be closer to Family. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years processing for loan modifications to pre-qualifying for originations. Monica also enjoys doing charity work and volunteering at shelters, churches and communities. Her main goal is to help people achieve the American dream of becoming a homeowner.

Senita Trent has been actively working in the Mortgage industry for over 30 years!! She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor in Science degree in both finance and real estate. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
