A home loan is too big a decision to hand to a call center that changes names every time someone picks up the phone. Buyers want to know who is working their file, and whether that person will still be there at the closing table.
Bonnie Robida has been that person for Central Florida families since 2001, when she started as a mortgage broker at her family’s mortgage company. She built a team of her own from there, and today she leads Team Robida inside CrossCountry Mortgage’s Winter Park branch, alongside Bruce Woodburn and the branch’s in-house processing team.
